Welcome to The Pain Center’s HIPAA secure, password-protected, patient portal.

On this web portal you may securely:

  •         Request, confirm, or cancel appointments
  •         Add or change personal information
  •         Communicate with your provider
  •         Communicate with our office staff about billing, referrals, and more
  •         Fill out your forms prior to your appointment
  •         Pay your bill using a debit card, American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover


If you are a current patient who received an email about Portal Access, use that email address and the provided password to gain access through the Portal Login in the top right corner of portal. 

Note: At times the email may be found in your junk folder.

Are you requesting medical records from The Pain Center for yourself or to another provider?  Please complete the Authorization to Release Medical Information and email the completed form to 


For medical emergencies, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.
Do not use the portal for any urgent medical issues.
