If you are a current patient
who received an email about Portal Access, use that email address and the
provided password to gain access through the Portal Login in the
top right corner of portal.
If you have not provided us with
your email address, or you have not received the email, click here
to request a login.
For a faster response, instead of a portal message, please send us a text message at 623-516-8252. Please know that our texting solution is monitored by our staff during our business hours of 7am-5:30pm (excluding holiday hours and weekends,) but text messages sent outside of business hours will queue up for staff and be responded to in the order in which they were received the next business day.
